Closest match found on the internet is Sharp Viewcam VL-E760.

This is actually second time when Joey filming with camera. First time was in famous episode with Ross's wedding in London. But Joey was using different camera! He must have been lost it on the way back to NY :)

It's definitely Sharp, but model I couldn't identify. It has zoom knob on top and different layout of controls.
